SUPPORT PROJECT FOR THE GRAINE PROGRAM PHASE 1 RECRUITMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT EXPERT IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Support the updating of the administrative, accounting and financial management procedures manual and ensure its wide distribution to users and any other tool necessary for project management (Software, Dashboards, etc.); - Ensure the proper application of the procedures manual, the reliability of the annual accounts and compliance with the requirements of donors; - Evaluate and propose ways and means of updating the working tools made available to the Services responsible for Financial Management, in particular: rules : 2000200001902 of December 11, 2017 ****************************** financial management and disbursement, organization and management manuals, accounting and financial procedures and systems; - Support the Project Implementation Unit in the financial and accounting management of the project in order to guarantee compliance with disbursement rules, the procedures manual and strict ethical standards; - Support and advise the PIU in financial matters for the execution of the project, monitoring of ongoing actions, preparation of future programs, analysis of results and finalization of reports;
