Show Low Public Restroom Ada Upgrades The Scope Of Project Includes Constructing Upgrades For Americans With Disability Act (Ada) Compliance At Three Public Restrooms Located On City Property. Each Of The Three Restrooms Has Separate Men’S And Women’S Facilities The Work Includes, But Not Necessarily Limited To, Preparing Permit Ready Construction Drawings And The Construction Of The Restroom Facilities. The Project Will Upgrade Sinks, Toilets, Plumbing And Electrical, Partitions, Wall Finishes, Lighting, Doors, Windows, Floor Finishes, Paper And Soap Product Dispensers, And Other Necessary Appurtenances. It Will Also Be Necessary To Move Some In-Slab Plumbing And Stall Partitions To Meet Current Ada Requirements. The Contractor’S Scope Also Includes The Re-Connecting To Existing Power, Water And Sewer Services. The City Has Prepared Preliminary Sketches Outlining The Scope Of Improvements For Each Facility. The Selected Contractor Will Prepare Permittable Plans For Approvals. The Request For Proposals (Rfp), Conceptual Sketches, Material Specifications Are Available On The City Website Showlowaz.Gov. The Proposals Will Be Evaluated Based On The Quality Of The Contractor’S Proposal Which Will Include Pricing. This Project Is Funded In Part With A Community Development Block Grant, Department Of Housing Section 3 Regulations Will Be Required. Detailed Information Is Included In The Bid Documents. Ii. A. City Provided Facilities And Equipment There Are Existing Utilities (Water And Electrical Power) At The Project Site B. Contractor Provided Equipment The Contractor Will Provide The Following Equipment And Services For The Performance Of This Contract: Labor, Materials, Equipment, Incidentals, Etc.
