Tenders Are Invited For Acquisition Of The Subsidiaries Of Maubank Holdings Ltd Bidders Interested In Participating In The Eoi Are Requested To Make An Explicit Request By E-Mail To The Transaction Advisor On [email protected] With Copy To [email protected] And [email protected]. Bidders Shall Then Receive (1) A Pre-Qualification Document That Defines The Process And The Pre-Qualification Criteria Of The Transaction And (2) A Teaser On The Subsidiaries Of The Seller And The Perimeter Of The Transaction. The Request For The Pre-Qualification Document Is Contingent To Bidders Entering Into A Non-Disclosure Agreement (Nda) Duly Signed By An Authorized Representative.
