Lot A will deliver water hygiene risk assessments every two years, auditing of works conducted by the Lot B contractors and water sampling as required. Lot B will deliver monthly temperature monitoring of outlets and assets, quarterly inspection, cleaning and disinfection of showers and spray taps, inspection, cleaning disinfection of tanks and calorifiers, descaling, disinfection and fail-safe testing of TMV’s reactive repairs and remedial works and water sampling as required.
