Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Parking Facility At The Condominium- Ile Perseverance Tender Dossier Shall Be Obtained From The Property Management Corporation, CashierS Office, Room No. 8 At Ocean Gate House As From Monday 19Th September 2022 From 9Am To 3Pm Upon Payment Of A Non- Refundable Fee Of Sr150.00 Each. Deadline For Obtaining The Dossier Shall Be Friday 23Th September 2022 Not Later Than 2.30Pm Potential Bidders Shall Provide A Copy Of The Valid License Upon Purchase Of The Tender Dossier And Shall Be Allowed To Inspect The Tender Dossier Prior To Purchase. Pre- Bid Meeting/ Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Visit & Information Meeting Has Been Scheduled For Tuesday 27Th September 2022 At 10.30Am. The Meeting Place Shall Be At The Existing Condominium- Ile Perseverance.
