Current state of readiness: - Foundation works have been completed. - The external and internal retaining walls and partition walls of the building have been completed together with bridging. - The design of the planned pillars has been completed. - The construction of the planned monolithic reinforced concrete beams is partially completed. The monolithic reinforced concrete beams above the planned terrace on the east and west sides of the building have not yet been completed. - The planned E-beam slab has been completed. - The planned concrete crowns are partially completed. The planned concrete crown over the planned western and northern fire walls is missing. - Inside the building, the foundation design has been completed up to the planned reinforced concrete foundation. - The bases of the terraces designed for outdoor use have been completed up to the planned reinforced concrete base. - Under the buildings basement, the planned building engineering pipelines have been placed and laid.
