Request For Qualification Of Minor Electrical System Maintenance &Amp; Modification - Scope Of Workd2.1 The Work To Be Done Under The Proposed Contract Shall Consist Of Minor Electrical System Maintenance And Modifications In City Owned And/Or Operated Buildings At The Direction Of The Contract Administrator For The Period From January 1, 2023 To December 31, 2025.D2.2 The Major Components Of The Work May Include:(A) Minor Electrical System Maintenance And Modifications, Including But Not Limited To, Installing And Or Replacing Panel Boards, Transformers, Switch Gear, Fire Alarm, Security, Data/Telecom, Transfer Switches, New Lighting, Lighting Control Systems, Receptacles, Motors And Motor Controlling Equipment, Heating Equipment, Building Automation Systems, Preforming Preventative Maintenance On Variable Frequency Drives, Motors, Pumps, Generators And Troubleshooting Equipment Failures, Etc.D2.3 The Work Shall Be Done On An “As Required” Basis During The Term Of The Contractd2.3.1 The Type And Quantity Of Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Shall Be As Authorized From Time To Time By The Contract Administrator And/Or Designate.D2.3.2 Notwithstanding C7.4, The City Shall Have No Obligation Under The Contract To Purchase Any Quantity Of Any Item In Excess Of Its Actual Operational Requirements.
