Provision Of Executive Recruitment Services 1. Meet With The Board Of The Tobago Information Technology Limited To Obtain Information Regarding Expectations, Requirements And Responsibilities Of The Position Of Chief Executive Officer Of The Tobago Information Technology Limited; 2. Develop A Detailed Position Specification Reflecting The Ideal Candidate Profile, Job Requirements, Responsibilities, Experience, Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities And Competencies Required For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer For Approval By The Board Of Directors; 3. Develop The Terms Of Reference And Job Description Of The Chief Executive Officer; 4. Prepare A Recruitment Plan With Timelines Reflecting Key Milestones And Submit To The Board Of Directors For Approval; 5. Spearhead An Advertising Campaign To Ensure The Widest Possible Coverage In The Best Media; Such Advertising Campaign To Be Approved By The Board Of Directors; 6. Review Resumes, Screen Applicants And Evaluate Candidate’S Qualifications; 7. Provide The Board Of Directors With Periodic Status Reports And Weekly Telephone Conference Updates. Such Updates Will Include The Provision Of Assessments And Insights Of Candidates To Assist The Tobago Information Technology Limited In Determining The Recruitment Progress And Quality Of The Candidate Pool; 8. Provide The Board Of Directors With A Candidate Pool Of Five (5) Qualified Diverse Candidates For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer. Such Candidates Should Be Prequalified Based On Acceptance Of The Tobago Information Technology Limited’S Compensation Parameters, Receptive To Relocating To Tobago And Possess A Desire For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer; 9. Conduct Background Checks On The Five (5) Persons Shortlisted For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer. Such Background Checks Must At A Minimum (A) Verify Education Qualifications, And (B) Check Whether Within A Five (5) Year Period There Have Been Civil Or Criminal Judgments Or Pending Litigation Involving The Candidates Shortlisted For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer; 10. Conduct In Depth Reference Checks To Verify Candidates Employment Qualifications, Attitudes And Individual Strengths; 11. Prepare And Conduct A Psychometric Analysis Of Top 3 Candidates To Assess Their Managerial Attributes That Include The Skills And Personality Traits Of The Candidates To Decide On Their Suitability To The Managerial Roles; 12. Prepare Written In Depth Profiles On The Five (5) Persons Shortlisted For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer And Present To The Board Of Directors; 13. In Conjunction With The Board Of Directors Review The Five (5) Persons Shortlisted For The Position Of Chief Executive Officer And Conduct A Further Shortlisting To Determine The Four (4) Persons That Will Be Invited To Interview For The Process; 14. In Conjunction With The Board Of Directors Develop And Participate In The Final Interview Process And In So Doing Develop The Appropriate Questions, Identify Panellists, And Schedule Interviews; 15. In Conjunction With The Board Of Directors Review The Results Of The Assessment Process And If Required Consider Additional Candidates;
