Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Zambia And Lesotho Project Evaluation. The Purpose Of This Evaluation Is To Assess Whether Or To What Extent The Two Projects Have Met Their Objectives. The Review Should Be Done Through The Lens Of The Ifcs Development Effectiveness Approach, Which Looks At A Projects Strategic Relevance, Output, Outcome, Impact, And Efficiency. The Review Should Further Review The Sustainability Of The Project Results. The Evaluation Will Provide An Important Contribution To The Validation Of Internally Complied Project Reports And Will Provide Important Lessons And Recommendations To Ifc Teams Going Forward On How To Appropriately Design New Projects, Implement Them And Report On Results.
