Overhauling, Transportation, Sandblasting, Application Of Enecon Coating, Painting, Assembly, Testing And Installation As Per Standa Rd Of Of Butterfly Valve Orton Dn 56 Valve Scope Of Work Dismantling: (1) Removal From The System And Transportation To Facility. (2) Dismantling The Complete Valve. (3) Inspection Of Valve Individual Parts After The Removal, Like Disc, Bush, Bearing, Shaft, An D Seat Ring (4) Submission Of Initial, Strip Inspection Report. (5) Cleaning & Rust Removal Of All Parts After Dismantling. Repair, Reconditioning & Assembly: (1) Replacement Of Damaged, Deformed And Corroded Spare Parts. (2) Machining Of Minor Parts, Polishing E Tc., As Necessary (3) Replacement Of Flange Corroded Studs Or Bolts Wherever Felt Necessary. (4) Functional Testing Of Valve. (5) Ab Rasive Blasting, Coating, And Painting Of The Valve. (6) Assembling Back The Valve. Surface Preparation For Sandblasting (1) All Th E Necessary Precautions Shall Be Taken To Protect All The Threaded And Non-Coating Area. (2) Abrasive Resistance Tape Shall Be Appli Ed On All The Non-Coating Area. (3) Grid Blasting Shall Be Done To Achieve Minimum Sa 75 Microns To Achieve White Metal Surface. (4) No Coating To Be Applied Until Surface Preparation Is Approved By The Authorized Representative. Ceramic Coating Material Applicat Ion To Body And Disc: (1) After Surface Preparation Apply Primer Coat Of Enecon Ceram Alloy Cl +Ac Gray (2) Apply Enecon Metal Clad Cp+Ac Or Duralloy To Fill The Pitting (3) Once All The Surface Profile Is Smooth, It Is Left For Semi Cure. (4) Once The Surface Is Touch Dry As Per The Standards, First Coat Of Enecon Ceram Alloy Gray Shall Be Applied @ 250Microns (5) After The Touch Dry Of First Coat, Enecon Ceram Alloy Blue Second Coat Shall Be Applied @ 250 Microns External Painting: (1) All The Necessary Precautions Will Be Taken To Protect All The Threaded And Non-Painting Area.
