Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Training And Outreach For The Labor Code Of Uzbekistan. The New Edition Of The Labor Code Was Approved By The Senate On March 17, 2022, And Included Many Changes, As Well As New Labor Institutions. To Apply These Innovations, At Least 50,000 Specialists Will Need Training, These Include Those Working With Employment, Labor Protection, And Human Resources In Business, Government Organizations, And Ngos. The World Bank Will Hire A Consulting Organization To Support The Melr In Activities To Implement The New Labor Code. The Firm Will Aid The Ministry In The Following Tasks: 1. Develop An E-Learning Platform, And Online Training Materials. The Audiences Include Melr Staff (About 7000 Employees), Human Resources Specialists Working In Small, Medium, And Large Businesses, In Budgetary Organizations, Ngos, And The Public. 2. Develop In-Person Training Materials And Organize A Total Of Five Full-Day In-Person Training Sessions (Jointly With Ministry Staff And World Bank Consultants) On The Labor Code In Uzbekistan And Its Provisions.
