Council Staff Travel Solutiondescription As Part Of Its Commitment To Help Reduce The Carbon Footprint Of The Council And Wider Torbay Area, Torbay Council Is Seeking A Supplier To Provide A Staff Travel Solution Including Both Long-Term Lease Electric Vehicles And Additionally, Pay As You Hire Vehicles, As An Alternative To 'Grey Fleet' And Fuel-Based Hire Cars For Both Short-Distance And Long-Distance Staff Travel Use.
