Develop Mobile (Android And Ios) And Web-Based Lms Applications, With Online And Offline Modalities. Reviews Existing Hardware Capacity, System Applications, Compatibility, And Functionality To Build An Lms That Is Fully Integrated Into Existing Moha Systems And Can Be Maintained By The Moha. Integration Of Digital Learning Content Developed By Third Parties (Content Development Firms) And Compiling Technical Manuals For Content Development Companies To Develop Digital Versions That Are Compatible With The Lms Platform That Appeal To Users With Varying Levels Of Information Technology Literacy, Competency Levels, And Techniques/Ways Of Learning. Pilot Test The Lms Both At The Supra Village Level As A Companion / Facilitator / Trainer And At The Village Government Level As An End User.
