However The Sri Lanka Ports Authority Reserves The Right To Obtain Quotations And Make Purchases From Non-Registered Suppliers As Well. Names Of Registered Suppliers Who Fail To Quote Or Forward Samples Promptly When Requested Or Fail To Make Deliveries Within The Specified Time As Per The Purchase Orders Or Who Supply Substandard Material Are Liable To Be Struck Off From The List Of Registered Suppliers Of The Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
