Electrical Repair Scope Of Works: Rewinding And Overhaul Of 3.3Kv, 185Kw, 38A, Gec Make, Flameproof Motor. 1) Transport The Full Motor Assembly From Koc Site To Vendor Works Facility And Return It To Same Site After Completion Of Overhauling. 2) Dismantling Of The Motor At Our Premises And Assement Of Damages. Providing Initial Inspection Report For Nature Of Failure With Photographic Evidences And Results Of Tests Performed. After Submission Of Report And Confirmation From Client Proceed With Repair. 3) Stripping And Removing Of The Damaged Winding Completely Without Damage To The Core And Cleaning Of The Core. 4) Flux Test On Stator Core And Prepare Stator For Rewinding. 5) Complete The Rewinding Making Use Of The Stator Coils Of Insulation Class H, Temperature Rise Class B From A Reputed Coil Manufacturer From India. 6) All Material Used For Rewinding Shall Be Tested/Inspected According To Relevant Standards/Indian Equivalent. Esi Standard 44-5 Testing Of Insulation Systems Of Stator Coils For Electrical Machines. 7) Supply And Install Resistance Temperature Detectors Embedded In The Winding As Per Original Design. Rtd Used Shall Be From Reputed Manufacturer. 8) Testing Of The Winding Before And After The Vpi Process. Vpi Shall Be Carried Out In Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant With Epoxy Resin Resin Suitable Up To 13.8 Kv. 9) Supply And Install New Bearings With New Authentic Bearing -Fag, Germany. 10) Perform Dynamic Balancing Of Rotor And Submit Report. 11) Reassemble The Motor Completely And Perform Electrical And Mechanical Checks. 12) Perform Full Assembly Of Motor. 13) Run The Motor At 500 Volts And Check For Mechanical Run. 14) Repaint The Motor Completely And Deliver The Motor To Koc Site. 15) Packaging & Returning Of Old/Replaced Components. 16) Vendor Shall Submit Performance Test & All Other Reports After Completion Of Overhauling. 17) Vendor Site Supervision Should Be Provide For Motor Startup & Test Run At Koc Site. 18) Motor Vibrations Reading At Koc Site Should Be Within Limits As Per Api 670 And Api 541. 19) Warranty Of Running Hours Should Be Minimum 6000Hrs / 1 Year From The Motor Delivery Date (After Completion Of Overhauling).
