Request For Proposals Are Invited For Organization Of Training In Personal Development. Deadline: 20-Sep-2022 17:00 (Gmt 1.00) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca Design And Organize Training Modules In Personal Development (Life Skills And Soft Skills) In The District Of Bamako, Region Of Kayes, Mopti, Timbuktu And Gao. These Modules Should Be Adapted To The Requirements And Constraints Of Migrants. The Modules Will Have To Provide A Learning Pedagogy Adapted To A Multicultural And Vulnerable Target Who Could Have A Low Formal School Level. Registration, Orientation Of Beneficiaries To Training Services As Well As The Necessary Information On The Profile Of Migrants Will Be Provided By Iom; Ensure The Organization Of The Aforementioned Training Involving The Following Targets: (I) Migrant Beneficiaries Of Vocational Training Sessions In Bamako (These Training Lasts Between 3 And 6 Months And 2 Hours Of Personal Development Must Be Included Per Week) And Possibly In Other Areas Of Intervention. (Ii) Migrants Enrolled In Training In Simplified Management In The District Of Bamako, The Regions Of Kayes, Mopti, Timbuktu And Gao (These Training Lasts 7 To 10 Days And It Will Be Necessary To Integrate At Least 2 Hours Of Personal Development Per Day. The Module Of Personal Development (Life Skills And Soft Skills) Will Be Developed And Organized By The Chosen Structure, Following A Timetable Which Will Be Shared And Validated By The Iom, Including Individual And/Or Collective Psychoeducation Sessions, The Search For Opportunities Of Employment Or Markets, The Assembly Of Cv, The Attitudes Of A Good Micro-Project/Microbusiness Manager Of Microbusiness, Etc.; Ensure The Evaluation And Analysis Of The Impact Of These Training Cycles On Migrants. The Selected Partner Will Have To Develop Assessment Tools And Ensure That The Beneficiaries Are Involved In A Verification Session Of The Skills Acquired At The End Of Each Module. The Results Of The Assessments Should Be Transmitted To The Iom With The Technical Reports; Provide Regular Technical And Financial Reports On The Progress Of The Activities (Including Also The Originals Of The Expenses Incurred) To Iom Every Three (3) Months From The Date Of Signature Of The Contract; Ensure Good Coordination With Iom And Other Partners Involved In The Project.
