Request For Proposals Are Invited For Rfp-2022-114: Project Officer - Consultant Deadline: 26-Sep-2022 23:59 (Gmt 2.00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris The Consultant Will Work Under The Overall Supervision Of The Unaids Myanmar Country Director (Ucd), With Day-To-Day Supervision Of The Strategic Information Adviser (Sia). Activity Progress Timesheet/Report At Least Once Per Month, Or As Otherwise Agreed, Will Be Required During The Consultancy Period. The Following Are Some Indicative Activities That The Data Analyst Will Need To Undertake But Are Not Exhaustive. Participate In The Development, Implementation And Evaluation Of Project Activities, Including Providing Substantial Support In Capacity Building Of Cbos In The Areas Of M&E And Research. Liaise And Coordinate With The Uco Community Systems Strengthening Team, Cbos And Relevant Stakeholders To Ensure Timely Completion Of Activities Which Are Set Out In The Workplan. These Include O Assess The Organizational Capacity And Identify The Gaps In M&E And Research. O Develop Capacity-Building Plan In The Areas Of M&E And Research Aligned With The Plans For Other Areas. O Develop Materials For Training And Provide And/Or Organize A Series Of Training And Workshops On M&E And Research, Separately. O Based On The Course Of Implementation, Develop A Package For Organizational M&E Capacity Building. Attend Program-Related Meetings And Prepare The Minutes.
