Tenders Are Invited For Enabling Works for the Printing House Building at Trinity College Dublin

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin invites tenders for an enabling works package for the Printing House Building. The works comprise the careful stripping-out of internal partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishes as well as mechanical and electrical services. Externally the existing natural slate roof finishes will be removed and salvaged slates replaced augmented by new matching slates, along with new battens, felt and flashings. Original openings in the East façade will be reinstated and external walls will be repointed and windows refurbished with new windows to reinstated opes. This enabling works package forms the first phase in the restoration of the Printing House project. Further details can be found in the attached tender documentation.
