Renovation of buildings EFOP-2.2.19-17-2017-00004 45000000-7 procedure entitled "Development of outpatient specialist services", in connection with tender code number EFOP.2.2.19-17-2017-00004, the conversion and renovation of the X-ray building part, swimming pool and dry carbon dioxide room at the site of the Public Nonprofit Limited Liability Company of the Harkányi Thermal Rehabilitation Center and cleanliness painting of the areas affected by outpatient care (after the virus situation). The activities do not require a building permit. The four areas: - complete interior renovation of the X-ray and ultrasound building - interior renovation and thermal insulation of the pool building between the "A" and "B" buildings - complete interior renovation of the dry carbonic acid room in the balneology building. - cleanliness painting of areas affected by outpatient care. X-ray building part:. The internal doors and windows, equipment, partition walls and complete sub-floor will be demolished, and then a new one will be built in its place. Its floor plan design is based on the existing model.
