Caribbean Haven Fit-Out MEP&F Engineering Design Services The Department of Counselling Services is seeking Design Engineer Consultants to submit quotations for the Caribbean Haven Men’s Residential Centre Fit-Out located on Block 56B Parcel 99. The Design Engineer consultants are sought to prepare MEP&F Engineering Design documentation (Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Documentation). The Design Engineer will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of documentation for Consultancy Services. The MEP&F Engineering Design consultants are required to be familiar with the Cayman Islands construction practices, Building Code and statutory requirements. The MEP&F Engineer Design consultants are required to have their own software and hardware and the construction documents shall be prepared in compatible computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit The MEP&F Engineering Design consultants will be expected to play the standard role of coordinating with the representative of PWD’s appointed Design team, in the MEP&F Design engineering of common local construction types of structural solutions using standard local materials and methods. The works comprises the following: Fit-Out of a New Offices at Caribbean Haven Men’s Residential Centre as per drawings appended.
