Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Works On Block A & B At Ex Pat Housing Estate Union Vale Tender Dossier Shall Be Obtained From The Property Management Corporation, CashierS Office, Room No. 8 At Ocean Gate House As From Monday 29Th August 2022 From 9Am To 3Pm Upon Payment Of A Non- Refundable Fee Of Sr150.00 Each. Deadline For Obtaining The Dossier Shall Be Friday 2Nd September 2022 Not Later Than 2.30Pm Potential Bidders Shall Provide A Copy Of The Valid License Upon Purchase Of The Tender Dossier And Shall Be Allowed To Inspect The Tender Dossier Prior To Purchase. Pre- Bid Meeting/ Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Visit & Information Meeting Has Been Scheduled For Monday 5Th September 2022 At 10.30Am. The Meeting Place Shall Be At The Independent School Car Park. Failure To Attend The Information Meeting And Site Visit Will Result In Disqualification Of Bidder During The Evaluation Process.
