Preparation Of Estimated Cost For Civil, Mechanical And Electrical. 3. Preparation Of Boq And Tender Documents Based On Bmd/Ced Format. 4. Preparation Preliminary Work Program. 5. Contractors Should Have A Valid Qualification License And Registered With Cost Engineering Directorate In The Ministry Of Works And Have Commercial Register In The Same Field. (Only For Contractors And Projects Listed By The Category Mentioned Above. The Tender Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Tender Law Issued By The Legislative Decree No. 36 Of 2002, Its Amendments, And Its Implementing Regulations Issued By The Decree No. 37 Of 2002. As Per The Cabinet Edicts No.S (6-2416) Of 2017 And ( 4-2516) Of 2019 , Registered SmeS Will Be Offered A Preference Of 10% In Tenders And Auctions Related To Service Utilities Inside Purchasing Authority Premises.
