Supply Of Truck Chassis With High Velocity Sewer Cleaner And Waste Disposal System - This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Supply Of Truck Chassis With High Velocity Sewer Cleaner And Waste Disposal System, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”). Halifax Water Is Seeking Qualified Vendors To Supply One (1) High Velocity Combination Sewer Cleaner Mounted On A Tandem Axle Diesel Truck Chassis. The Combination Cleaner Will Have 1300- 1500 Gallons Of Water Tank Storage, 9-10 Cubic Yard Debris Body Storage, A 4500-5000 Cfm Blower, A 500 Ft 1” Hose Reel And A Telescopic 20’ Boom With An 8” Vacuum Hose. The Unit Will Be Equipped With A 2500 Psi 80 Gpm Water Pump Capable Of Supporting Sewer Cleaning, Hydro Excavation And Pressure Washing Activities. Qualified Vendors Will Be Manufacturers Authorized Sales And Service Representatives Or Agencies Servicing The Halifax , Nova Scotia Area.
