The City Of Lafayette, Georgia (The Owner) Will Receive Proposals For The Design, Supply, And Construction Of A Splash Pad At The OwnerS Recreation Department Located At 638 South Main Street, Lafayette, Georgia 30728. Proposals May Be Submitted To The Office Of Jason Shattuck, Parks And Recreation Director, At 207 South Duke Street, Lafayette, Georgia 30728, Until 2:00 P.M. Local Time On September 26, 2022. After This Time, The Proposal Period Will Be Closed. The Owner Will Review Proposals, In The Form And Format Set Forth In The OwnerS Request For Proposals: Design And Construction Of Splash Pad (Rfp). Responding Firms Must Submit Proposals Including A Conceptual And Detailed Design For The Splash Pad, Supply All Equipment And Items Essential For The Proposed Design, And Construct The Approved Design. The Owner Will Not Consider Late Proposal Submissions.Rfp Documents (Rfq Documents) Will Be Available Beginning On August, 1St, 2022, And May Be Obtained From Clay Tracy, Upon Submission To Ctracy@Lafga.Org. The Rfp Documents Are The Property Of The Owner. The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals, And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities.
