Bidders Are Also Required To Provide Evidence Of Successfully Manufacturing At Least One Million All-In-One Desktops And One Million Laptops Each Year In Each Of The Past Five Years. Goods Must Be New, Current Models And Incorporate All Recent Improvements In Design And Materials, Except When The Technical Specifications Required Provides Otherwise. They Shall Have No Defect Arising From Design, Materials, Workmanship, Or Any Act Or Omission Of The Manufacturer That May Develop Under Everyday Use Of The Supplied Good. If A Bidder Is Not A Manufacturer But Is Offering The Goods On Behalf Of The Manufacturer Under Manufacturers Authorization Form (Section V, Bidding Forms), The Manufacturer Shall Demonstrate The Above Qualifications (I), (Ii), (Iii), And The Bidder Shall Confirm That It Has Successfully Supplied At Least $1 Million In Sales Of Ict Equipment Or Similar Goods In Each Of The Past Five Years And Can Provide Technical Support And The Required Warranty Bids Must Be Delivered To The Address Below At Or Before 9:30 Am On September 19 2022. Electronic Bidding Will Not Be Permitted. Late Bids Will Be Rejected.
