Selection of a Consultant for the development of a Migration Strategy to IPV6 and assistance in its implementation a) create an environment conducive to the proper development of adequate digital infrastructure through the adaptation of the legal and institutional framework of the digital sector and its harmonization in particular for connectivity and data, (b) develop broadband networks and Internet and transit services through the deployment of regionally interconnected fiber optic backbone networks, (c) simplify access to online services such as e-commerce as well as public services by developing a favorable environment and setting up e-Government platforms in an approach of pooling and regional coordination, d) develop skills in the digital field.
