The Work Includes Excavation In All Type Of Soil Including Rock Layers And Any Needed Diversion For Water Or The Access Road If Needed, So Directed By The Site Engineer. The Item Includes Laying The Pipe Over 20Cm Thickness Of Sand And Jointing Of The Pipes As In (Astm D 2321) All Necessary Fittings. The Width Of The Trench Should Be According To The Drawings And Average Depth According To The Site Requirement, Backfilling With Sand Upto 30Cm Above The Top Of The Pipe, And Then Backfilling To The Original Natural Ground Level With Approved Selected Material In Layers Each Layer To Be Compacted To The Approval Of Supervisor Engineer, And All The Work Must Be Executed According To The Drawings And The Standard Iraqi General Specifications.
