RE-RELEASE RFP for Bond and Disclosure Counsel RE-RELEASE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR BOND AND DISCLOSURE COUNSEL AT THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES HARBOR DEPARTMENT AND DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER (ORIGINAL OPPORTUNITY POSTED ON JUNE 1, 2022 RAMP ID No. 202994) The Office of the City Attorney is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to act as bond counsel and disclosure counsel (“Counsel”), either independently or in cooperation as requested. These firms may be called upon to assist in providing legal services to the Harbor and/or LADWP in connection with capital improvements, acquisitions and facilities expansion projects. Some of the legal services may additionally include providing advice with respect to: (1) financing alternatives; (2) tax implications; (3) marketing and syndication factors necessary to finalize said projects; (4) real estate, environmental, and related banking matters; (5) disclosure and (6) impact of new regulations
