Request For Expressions Of Interest Improving Access To And Value From Health Services In Png: Financing The Frontlines Independent Verification Agent (Iva) To Verify Reported Results Against Which Dlis Will Be Paid The Consulting Services (The Services) Include The Engagement Of An Independent Verification Agent (Iva) To Verify Independently The Progress Towards The Achievement Of Disbursement Linked Indicator (Dli) Targets Outlined In The Annual Dli Status Reports Submitted By The National Department Of Health (Ndoh) To The Iva. The Objectives Are To: (A) Conduct The Verification Process In A Transparent And Independent Manner Such That It Provides Robust Evidence For Decision Makers On Achievement Of Dli Results; (B) Ensure The Implementation Of The Dli Verification Protocol Defined In The Dli Operations Manual (Dli Om) And (C) Recommend The Amount To Be Disbursed For Each Dli Target Verified As Fully Or Partially Achieved.
