The Consulting Services (Services) Consist Of Providing Relevant Analyzes On The Implementation Of The Project For The Period From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Until November 2022, With A View To Determining Whether The Various Activities Progress In Such A Way As To Achieve The Targeted Objectives And To Formulate Any Corrective Measures That May Be Necessary. To This End, The Consultant Will Make An Assessment Of The Project On The Basis Of Criteria Related To The Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Viability And Impact Of All Ongoing Interventions And Agreed Institutional Arrangements. Following This Assessment, The Consultant Will Make Recommendations On All Project Components (Institutional Framework, Project Implementation Methods, Objectives, Activities, Procedures, Monitoring-Evaluation, Etc.).
