Waterford City and County Council invite tenders from competent contractors to undertake the drilling and installation of 5no. leachate monitoring wells to a maximum of 30mbgl. with sufficient recovery of the material encountered to allow for classification by WCCC s on-site consultant down to depth. The wells are to be through the waste body of the existing closed landfill. tenderers must be aware that the area is now a public park, and members of the public will have access to the park during the project. Tenderers will have to ensure provision is made to secure their works during the project
