ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE PEDESTRIANISATION OF ST.LAWRENCE GAP, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE OPERATION OF A TRAM SERVICE To engage the services of an Individual Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Economic Feasibility Analysis (EFA) for the proposed pedestrianisation of St. Lawrence Gap (The Gap), including the possible operation of a tram service through The Gap and its environs.
