ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE PEDESTRIANISATION OF ST.LAWRENCE GAP, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE OPERATION OF A TRAM SERVICE To engage the services of an Individual Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Economic Feasibility Analysis (EFA) for the proposed pedestrianisation of St. Lawrence Gap (The Gap), including the possible operation of a tram service through The Gap and its environs. The Individual Consultant shall ensure that this activity is executed in accordance with the provisions of the Loan Contract for the National Tourism Program.
