TPWD is requesting sealed bids to perform all Work required for the following Project:& Project Name Restroom Retrofit Project Location Inks Lake State Park, Burnet County, Texas Project Number 1110931 Deadline for Receipt of Bids Thursday, September 22, 2:00 PM (CT) Construction Estimate $500,000 - $600,000 General Scope of Work: &Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary, but not limited to complete, partial demolition and repair for sinks, flooring, ventilation, and accessible showers located in restrooms #2, #5, #1, and #8 in two phases, at Inks Lake State Park, Burnet, Burnet County, Texas.& Phase One consisting of RR2 and RR5, followed by Phase Two including RR1 and RR8 and in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents.Project Schedule:& All work shall be completed within 280 calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.& This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1.
