No. Tender Form Will Be Issued On The Date Of Opening Of Tenders.2. The Tenders Will Be Opened Publicly In The Presence Of Bidders Or Their Representatives Who Wish To Attend On Above Mentioned Date And Time In The Office Of Chief Engineer (Dev) Pmu Qesco Headquarter Zarghoon Road Quetta. 3.
