The Works shall comprise of the following: 1. Excavation Works 2. Backfilling and Compaction works 3. Reinforced concrete works (columns, beams, foundation, etc.) 4. Fibre cement flooring with timber rafters 5. Roofing works 6. Electrical works 7. Painting works
