Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Vulnerability And Planning Consultancy Firm The Consulting Services (The Services) Has Its Main Objective The Vulnerability And Planning (V&P) Adaptation Assessment To Support The Delivery Of The National Adaptation Plan (Nap), Which Is Currently Being Prepared. This Consultancy Shall Clearly Articulate The Climate Vulnerabilities Additional And In Relationship To Those Already Articulated. The Detailed Objectives, Specific Tasks, And Deliverables Of The Consultant Are Provided In The Terms Of Reference (Tor) For The Assignment Herewith Attached. The Best Qualified Firm To Carry Out The Services Will Be Selected In Accordance With The ConsultantS Qualifications Based Selection (Cqs) Method Set Out In The Regulations, And Based On The Following Criteria: Minimum Seven (7) Years Experience In Conducting Vulnerability Assessments Related To Environmental Factors, And In Particular, Related To Climate Change And Preparing Climate Change Adaptation/ Disaster Risk Reduction Measures; Experience In Similar Consultancy Assignments In The Small Islands States In The Pacific Region Will Be An Advantage.
