Paks, Renovation of community spaces in the settlement area 45000000-7 1st sub-offer round: Renovation of Gyapa community center Renovation of water blocks and boiler room, creation of barrier-free toilets: • Demolition of floor structures and construction of new floor layers with gres tile covering; 6.32 sq m • Replacement of shutters 8 pcs • Construction of new plasterboard partition walls; 9, 25 sq m • Making a false ceiling; 8.8 sq m • Making plaster repairs and replacements; • Smoothing of the entire surface and dispersion wall painting; 72.39 sqm • Development and renovation of the electrical network, replacement of electrical wires, placement of energy-saving light fixtures, switches, sockets; 1 unit • Renovation of the mechanical system of water blocks, installation of new sanitary facilities, mechanical equipment 2 units • 2nd sub-offer round: Renovation of the community center in Birító • The floor covering of the event hall (110 sqm) and the entire electrical network of the building will be renovated in the community center building. • During the internal conversion of the water blocks, a new barrier-free toilet will be created, which will also serve as a womens toilet room. • The new water block rooms to be built will receive new wall coverings and new floor coverings, and a new, assembled toilet cubicle system will be made in the mens toilet room. • The buildings internal mechanical system and electrical network will be renewed, new water fixtures and sanitary facilities will be installed. • In the framework of project-proportional barrier-free accessibility, the establishment of 1 new barrier-free parking lot and the construction of barrier-free access to the buildings will also be implemented. • In order to ensure equal access, 1 mobile induction loop is also purchased. • 3rd sub-offer round: Development of the Cheresznyés Community House In the courtyard of the Community House, the construction of 1 new outdoor, open pavilion building and the related water block building of the same scale, as well as the construction of 1 fire place, will be realized. As part of the project-proportional accessibility, 1 new barrier-free parking lot, a new barrier-free sidewalk and 1 barrier-free toilet will also be built, which will also serve as a womens toilet and washroom. The total quantity is contained in the technical documentation. The tasks must be performed together with the related ancillary works, according to the public procurement documents. General comments on the plans, as well as clarifications, regulations, and expectations regarding the implementation of the construction works for all sub-offer rounds: 1. Before making the offer, the Bidder must check the construction sites and their immediate surroundings, and submit his offer knowing this. 2. The Contractor must always keep the parade, construction/work area clean and safe at all times. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall immediately return all equipment, temporary structures and unused surplus materials from the work site. 3. The Contractor is obliged to continuously take care of temporary drainage in the parade, construction/work area. The solutions must be constantly discussed with the technical inspector. 4. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide temporary facilities (e.g.: office container, mobile toilet, etc.) necessary for the construction. 5. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure the fencing of the parade area, the necessary restriction of the work area (tape, mobile barrier, etc.), the placement of the prescribed warning signs and their continuous maintenance, as well as their possible approval and guarding during the construction period. 6. After the completion of the works, the Contractor is responsible for restoring the areas not included in the plans but used during the construction period to their original condition.
