Expressions Of Interest Guinea Bissau: The Quality Education For All Project Financial And Accounting Audit Of The Ugpe, In Particular, Of Quality Education Project For All (Peqt) And Project Institutional Strengthening And Quality Education For All (Prieqt) In Guinea -Bissau) - 2022/23/24 Plus (10 Months In 2025) Financial And Accounting Audit Of The Ugpe, In Particular, The Quality Education For All Project (Peqt) And The Institutional Strengthening Project And Quality Education For All (Prieqt) In Guinea-Bissau Fiscal Year 2022, Fiscal Year 2023, And Fiscal Year 2024, Plus Closing Period (Ten Months Of The Year 2025 ) The Project Has Three (3) Components, Namely: (I) - Strengthening Of School Management Practices And Community Empowerment; (Ii) - Improving The Quality Of Education; And (Iii) - Strengthening Of Education Sector Management Capacities - This Component Comprises Two Sub-Components: (3.1) Sector Studies; And (3.2) Project Management. The Government Of Guinea-Bissau Recently Received A New Grant From Smes To Support A Series Of Activities To Complement The Peqt. The Institutional Strengthening And Quality Education For All Project - Prieqt Was Approved In July 2021. The Total Amount Of Funding Is $2.65 Million. The Development Objective Of This Project Is To Strengthen The Institutional Capacity Of The Men To Improve The Performance Of The Sector And Focuses Specifically On Activities Aimed At Improving The Implementation Of The Peqt. The Main Components And Activities Included In This Grant Are As Follows: Component 1, Capacity Building : (I) Men Analysis/Operation Manuals; Ii) Training Plan/Activities; Iii) Technical Assistants Based In Men;Component 2, School Map /Teaching-Learning Material : I) Mapping Of The Education System; (Ii) Materials Management; Component 3, Citizen Engagement/Gbv : I) Complaint Management Mechanism (Grm); (Ii) Code Of Conduct For Teachers And Other Education Officials; (Iii) Ability To Prevent/Report Gbv. The Funds Made Available To The Projects Will Be Administered By The World Bank And Managed By The Management Unit In Accordance With Ida Procedures And On The Basis Of The Systematic Application Of Syscoa Accounting Standards. To This End, And To Ensure Proper Management Of The Said Funds, The Project Plans To Recruit, Under Sub-Component (3.2), A Firm For The Financial And Accounting Audit Of The Financial Statements Of The Two Projects. The Education Project Management Unit (Ugpe) Invites Eligible Consultants To Express Their Interest, In French, To Provide Information Demonstrating That You Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience For The Performance Of The Above Services. .
