Purpose Of Procurement&Nbsp; Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Ggc Charter Bus Service To The Georgia Gwinnett College (The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The Georgia Gwinnett College ( Ggc ) Is Seeking Bids From Qualified Bus Charter Companies To Provide Transportation For Students To Out-Of-Town Games And Other Events. Other Transportation Services May Also Become A Part Of Any Contract Resulting From This Solicitation. Initial Award Is Anticipated To Be For Services Through June 30, 2023, With The Possibility For Up To Four Annual Renewal Periods. Ggc Intends To Award A Primary And Secondary Contractor. Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed In The State Of Georgia For Such Services And All Equipment Used Must Be Properly Certified For Such Use In And Out Of The State Of Georgia. Busses Must Meet All U.S. Department Of Transportation / Federal Highway Administration Rules, Regulations, And Guidelines. All Maintenance Records Must Be Available To Ggc For Inspection.
