Provision Of Cement Pump Unit That Will Be Installed On A Jack Up Drilling System Shall Be Capable Of Pumping A 16.0 Ib/Gal Cement Slurry At 8 Bbl/Min System Shall Be Capable Of Performing Surface, And Down Hole Low And High-Pressure Test Including But Not Limited To Bops, Valves, Choke And Kill Manifolds, Casing, Formation Integrity Etc. System Shall Include A Cement Unit With Dual, Triplex Pumps Iii. Provision Of Twin 50 Bbl Batch, 13-3/8, 9-5/8 & 7 Cementing Head And Circulation Swage Iv. Make Available Cementing Chemicals And Additives For Gas And Oil Wells V. Provision Of Cementing Simulations Using Applicable Software, Preparation Of Cementing Design And Cementing Program, Including Centralizer Placement Requirements.
