Pipe Line Descri Ption Is As Follows-- 1. Dfo Pipe Line Size:8 Inches 2. Pipe Length:1000 Meter Approximate. Contractor Scope Of Work: 1) Diesel Oil Removal And Transferred To The Instructed Place. 2) Contractor Should Arrange All Equipment To Transfer & Clear Oil Fro M The Pipe Lines. 3) Contractor Should Visit The Site Before Providing Quotations To Understand The Scope Of Work. It Will Be A Rranged With Prior Appointment. 4) Scope Includes Supply Of Pump, Vehicle To Transport Oil Including Equipment And Draining . 5) Contractor Should Bring Hoses, Hose Clamps And Other Consumables For The Above Work. 6) The Schedule Of Shutdown Will Be Intimated In Advance Separately And Work To Be Carried Out During That Period Only. Records: 1. The Contractor Should Keep Ptw, Risk Assessment, Line Clearances And Tbt Copy At Site For All Works. 2. The Contractor Should Submit The Completion Repor T With Units Of Measurements For All Jobs. Housekeeping: 1.#At All Times During Execution Of This Contract, The Area Of Wo Rk Shall Be Kept Neat, Clean And Tidy. On Completion Of The Job, The Place Of Work Shall Be Cleaned To The Satisfaction O F Dewa. Security Precautions: 1.#The Contractor Should Comply With All Dewa Security Policy. 2.#Contractor Should Clean Up And Remo Ve Any Scrap Or Wastages Or Oil Spills On Ground And Other Parts And Leave Those Items In Original Shape And Condition.
