Niue Operational Information Management Platform The objective of this assignment is to identify and establish a user-friendly operational information management platform that will assist disaster management authorities and relevant stakeholders, in Niue, to collect, collate, share, disseminate and manage operational information. Furthermore, the assignment will also develop a training/familiarisation package including standard operating procedures to support the ongoing development, management and utilisation of the platform.
