Consulting Services For A Company To Conduct Education Events/Activities To Build Capacity Of Public Servants To Ensure Enabling Environment For The Digital Economy Under Digital Casa-Kyrgyz Republic Project The Consultant Should Provide The Following Deliverables: Result 1 (Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract) Result 2 (Within 1,5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract) Result 3 (Within 4 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Result 4 (Within 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract) Provide Monthly Reports On Audience Engagement (Statistic) With Relevant Documentation To Support It. It Is Expected That The Provision Of Services Must Be Completed In Full No Later Than 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Estimated Amount Of Assignment Including Direct And Indirect Taxes Shall Not Exceed 150 000 Usd The Qualification Criteria Are: 1 The Overall Experience Of The Company In Providing Training Events At Least 3 Years. 10 Points 2 Experience In Conducting Offline And Online Training For Civil Servants With A Special Focus On Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Digital Skills And Digital Competencies At Least 3 Years. 20 Points 3 Successful Completion Of At Least 3 Similar Activities 20 Points 4 Qualified Key Personnel With A University Degree (Bachelors Degree Or Higher) In Social Sciences, Education, International Development, It, Ict, Law, Economics, Or Other Relevant Field. 10 Points 5 Experience In Projects Funded By International Donor Organizations Such As Adb, World Bank, Ifc, Usaid, Among Others At Least 3 Projects. 15 Points 6 Proven Experience In Coordinating And Organizing Logistics For Seminars / Events. 10 Points 7 Must Have At Least 5 International Experts With At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Field (Provide Certificates, Authorship, Links To Completed Projects).
