The Education Authority (EA) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a framework contract for HR and Business Advisory. The role of HR is to develop and deliver a people strategy for the organisation which aligns to EA s vision, values and strategic objectives. The Directorate has responsibility for the delivery of employment and HR basics as well as developing the organisation s capability to shape and deliver people work-streams which have strategic impact and will add value across the organisation as it matures as a single regional authority. Through a team of skilled administrators, advisors, specialists and business partners the Directorate delivers core HR services and ensures that the employment basics and operational HR best practices that are required of a large employer are in place. In its simplest form this will be the delivery of services critical to the smooth day to day management and employment of people.
