Recruitment of an international consultant for the social engineering component relating to the activities carried out by the MASS within the framework of the Integrated Slum Upgrading Project (PIRB) The Government of the Republic of Djibouti has obtained funding of $50 million from the International Development Association (IDA) for the implementation of the Integrated Slum Upgrading Project (PIRB) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan for the recruitment of an international consultant for the social engineering component relating to the activities carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Solidarity, for the implementation of the project through contract for individual consultant services.
