The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire The Necessary Services To Carry Out A Correct Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation Systems Vallbona D'anoia, Carme, Hostalets De Pierola, Masquefa, Piera And Castellolí, According To The Instructions Included In The Plec Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) That Guarantees The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Meet The Requirements Of Directive 91/271/Eec Of The Council, Of May 21, 1991, On The Treatment Of Wastewater Urban And Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, On The Development Of The Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, Which Establishes The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Safe Wastewater. They Must Ensure A Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops For Breakdowns, And Extending The V Useful Ida Of The Equipment Installed Following The Maintenance Specifications Contained In The Pptpla Description Of The Facilities Subject To This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And The Specifications To Carry Out The Associated Work Are Described In The Pptp
