Gef Sustainable Landscape Management Project The Government Of The Republic Of Madagascar Has Obtained A Loan From The French Development Agency (Afd) And The International Development Association (Ida) To Finance The Cost Of The Sustainable Agriculture Project Through A Landscape Approach (Padap ). It Proposes To Use Part Of These Funds To Make Authorized Payments Under This Contract. 2. The Sava Regional Implementation Unit Solicits Closed Bids From Eligible Bidders Who Meet The Qualifications Required For The Paying Agency: Lot 1: Reforestation In The Southern Zone Of The Andapa Landscape Lot 2: Reforestation In The Northern Zone Of The Andapa Landscape 3. The Consultation Procedure Is Carried Out In Application Of The World Bank Guidelines On The Consultation Of Services (Other Than Consulting Services), Dating From January 2011 And Revised In July 2014.
