Lerchenfeld primary school, renovation and extension CPV: 71000000 - Architectural, construction, engineering and testing services On the basis of the room plan, a concrete project proposal for a convincing redesign of the "Lerchenfeld primary school" with 16 classes, of which eight are basic and eight are primary, as well as a day school with associated high-quality outdoor spaces, which optimally meets the requirements of the curriculum 21 and suitable answers to the current and future context. In addition, a new sports hall is to be planned as a double gymnasium B in accordance with BASPO, which will cover not only school sports but also the training needs of Thuns sports clubs. The solutions sought must correspond to the pedagogical and operational ideas of the client, should be characterized in terms of cost-effectiveness, functionality and future viability, integrate the existing buildings worthy of protection and, if necessary, other existing buildings of the current school area in the best possible way into the overall concept and be recognized by the authorities, the neighborhood and can be accepted and supported by all important stakeholder groups. An important component here is also the comprehensible inclusion of the results of the participation.
