Request For Proposals Are Invited For Recruitment Of A National It, Digitalization And Project Monitoring Cabinet Deadline: 10-Aug-2022 00:00 (Gmt -5.00) Central Time (Us & Canada), Mexico City In January 2021, Gabon Implemented The Transformation Acceleration Plan (Pat) Covering The Period From January 2021 To December 2023 To Respond To The Economic Recession Caused By The Covid-19 Pandemic And Which Had The Following Impacts: (I) The Slowdown In Economic Activity; (Ii) Lower Export Revenues; (Iii) An Increase In Unemployment; (Iv) Testing Solidarity And Health Systems; And (V) Increased Government Pressure To Meet Citizens Needs. The Main Objectives Of The Pat Are: (I) To Accelerate The Structural Transformation Of The Economy, Particularly Outside Oil; (Ii) Promote Inclusive And Job-Creating Wealth Creation, A Source Of Reducing Inequalities; (Iii)Continue The Consolidation Of Public Finances In Order To Create Fiscal Margins; (Iv)Strengthen The External Position. To Ensure The Successful Implementation Of This Plan, An Exceptional Monitoring And Evaluation Mechanism Called The National Council Of The Transformation Acceleration Plan (Cnpat) With An Executive Secretariat (Se) Has Been Set Up.
