Expression Of Interest For Recruitment Of National Engineer Integrated Economic Development And Community Resilience Project Under The Project Manager, The National Engineer Will Work Closely With Mpgis, Mecdm, And The Assigned Ida Task Team And Is Responsible For The Following Activities/Tasks: Support Mpgis And Mecdm To Plan, Coordinate And Undertake Relevant Technical Preparatory Work For Pcdf Funded Projects. Contribute To The Project Operations Manual (Pom) In All Relevant Technical Aspects Of Operation And Maintenance Of Works And Collaborate Closely With The Client And The Special Appointed Consultant In The Development Of The Pom. Coordinate And Liaise Closely With Pmu External Suppliers Related To Technical Standards, Climate Adaptation And Resilience And Environmental And Social Safeguards. Develop Capacity In The Relevant Teams Of Provincial Government Engineering Staff And Ward Development Committees To Ensure Their Readiness For Project Implementation. Collaborate With Mecdm And Other Technical Experts Recruited On The Development Of Resilient Construction Standards For Key Investment Categories Under The Pcdf. Coordinate With The Provincial Engineers To Carry Out Capacity Mapping In The Provincial Works Divisions To Determine The Level Of Training And Engineering Support Required For Support By The Program.
